Donald Trump unleashed a storm of fury at Democrats on Sunday, branding them “psychopaths” in a fiery social media tirade.
Taking to his own platform, Truth Social, Trump went on the offensive against his political opponents, claiming widespread voter fraud and painting the left as irredeemably corrupt.
“How easy should VOTER I.D. (IDENTIFICATION!) be to get from the Radical Left Democrats??? There should be nothing easier, right??? Well, out of 47 Dems, we don’t have even ONE VOTE from them,” Trump wrote. “That is for one reason, and one reason only — THEY WANT TO CHEAT!!!”
The president didn’t stop there. He doubled down in all caps, delivering a signature blend of rage and rallying cry:
“THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCOUNDRELS, CHEATERS, & PSYCHOPATHS. TERMINATE THE FILIBUSTER AND TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK. APPROVE VOTER I.D. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
Trump’s outburst comes amid the ongoing government shutdown, as he casts Democrats as corrupt and scheming for insisting on affordable health care as a condition to reopen the government.
