Watch: Dr. Fauci Says Coronavirus Will Come Back In The Fall After Trump Claims ‘It Won’t Come Back At All’

Donald Trump and Dr. Anthony Fauci appear to continue to bump heads. The lasted example comes on Wednesday when Trump claimed that he was sure that the coronavirus will not come back in the fall, only to be contradicted by Dr. Fauci who said that he was “certain” that it would come back.

Trump said during the briefing: “it’s not going to come back” later in the year. If it does return, it won’t be as bad, he said — “and [it] might not come back at all”

In the “worst case,” Trump said, there might be “embers of coronavirus” along with the seasonal flu.

That is the complete opposite of what Dr. Fauci said.

He claimed: “We will have coronavirus in the fall. I am convinced of that. Because of the degree of transmissibility that it has, the global nature. What happens with that will depend on how we’re able to contain it when it occurs.”
