Russian President Vladimir Putin is “seriously ill” and is “constantly accompanied” by a team of doctors, The Independent reported Friday, citing a former British spy.
“He’s constantly accompanied around the place by a team of doctors,” claimed Christopher Steele during an interview with LBC Radio, according to The Independent.
Steele added that Putin’s key meetings have to be divided into sections so that the president can take breaks in between to receive treatment from his doctors.
The revelation comes after videos circulating on social media showed the Russian leader “shaking uncontrollably” and mounting speculation that he is suffering from cancer.
