MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has announced that his request for a credential to attend next week’s Democratic National Convention (DNC) was turned down. However, he remains undeterred, asserting, “It don’t matter. We’re going anyway.”
Lindell, who has been vocal about his campaign against voting machines, plans to take his message to the DNC in hopes of swaying Democrats to support former President Donald Trump.
In a statement today, Lindell said, “What’s happening in Chicago next week is the Democrat convention. “Okay, we were turned down here at the Frank Speech to get in there. Imagine that, right? But it don’t matter. We’re going anyway.”
He continued, “We’re going right into the storm. We’re going to be live from Trump hotel, and there we’ve got… we’re going to make that our home base, but we’re going to be out in the streets. We’re going to go. I’m going to go as much as far as I can into the to the Democratic convention, we might have a couple thousands e’re waiting to hear from them, that we could get inside.”
During an interview on the War Room podcast, Lindell lauded Trump as the “great real president.”
“Like our great real president always tells me, people applaud because they want what I’m fighting for—secure elections,” Lindell said. “Everyone wants that.”
“I can go anywhere,” he declared. “I’m going to Chicago next week for the Democrat convention to be there and to flip Democrats.”
Lindell mentioned that during his visit to Chicago, some Democrats expressed their intention to vote for Trump rather than President Joe Biden, who is not longer running for re-election.
