The Daily Beast reported on Monday that former Fox News anchor Ed Henry has been accused of committing rape, according to a new lawsuit. Other well-known personalities from the network were also accused of sexual assault, including Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson.

According to the complaint filed on Monday in New York federal court, former Fox News producer Jennifer Eckhart alleged that Henry raped and assaulted her and “preformed sadistic acts on her without her consent that left her injured, bruised and battered with bloody wrists.”

The complaint states that Henry “groomed, psychologically manipulated and coerced” Eckhart into a sexual relationship in which he referred to her as his “sex slave.” The lawsuit also claims that “when she would not comply voluntarily, [Henry] sexually assaulted her on office property, and raped her at a hotel where Fox News frequently lodged its visiting employees.”

As The Beast reports, “The lawsuit additionally accused Fox News of willfully downplaying the severity of the allegations against Henry in order to protect the network’s reputation.”

“Mr. Henry was not terminated because he engaged in sexual misconduct—Fox News was willing to support and promote him knowing that he had engaged in sexual misconduct,” read the lawsuit. “Rather, Mr. Henry’s employment was terminated because Fox News realized that it was on the precipice of a public relations nightmare and wanted to get out ahead of this suit and be able to claim that it had done the right thing. It had not.”
