Five people, including three children, are now confirmed dead after a gunman opened fire at an elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee, local officials said.
The gunman killed at least three children and injured an unknown number of other people before being killed by police, authorities said.
The total number of fatalities and injuries is still unknown but Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt confirmed that three children died after being taken there with gunshot wounds.
Student reunification with parents is at the Woodmont Baptist Church, 2100 Woodmont Blvd.
