Former President Donald Trump erupted over the dismal turnout at his recent Wisconsin rally, alleging a conspiracy to sabotage his campaign. In an interview with Fox Nation’s Kellyanne Conway, he vented his frustration, accusing the U.S. Secret Service of deliberately limiting the venue size and thwarting thousands eager to hear him speak.
“I had tens of thousands wanting to attend, but the Biden administration made it impossible,” he raged, contrasting his expected crowd of 55,000 with the meager 1,500 who actually showed up.
Trump asserted that the Biden administration prioritized a visit from Iran’s president over his events, calling it blatant political sabotage. “The radical left controls everything and sees my rallies as a threat,” he declared, framing their actions as a calculated attempt to obscure his message and suppress turnout.
“They didn’t want the visual of that many people hearing me,” he lamented, insisting that the enthusiasm in Wisconsin was palpable. As he painted a picture of a thwarted movement, he stressed the disappointment of thousands who wanted to connect with him.
“I had fifty-five thousand people, and I was stuck in a hall with maybe a thousand,” he said, seething. “I’m furious because they are interfering in the election. They hated the look of that many people hearing what I had to say.”
“This administration’s incompetence is unmatched,” he charged, labeling their actions as unprecedented in American politics. “We’re witnessing a vicious attack on a political opponent, something typically seen in third-world countries.”
The Republican presidential nominee’s tirade highlights his fixation on crowd sizes and frames his campaign as a battle against a systemic effort to undermine him and silence free speech in America.
