Rudy Giuliani said on Sunday that he possesses fresh “scientific evidence” supporting his claims of election fraud in the 2020 election, and he intends to utilize this evidence to demonstrate his innocence in the ongoing Georgia criminal case against him. (Listen Below)
Giuliani, the former lawyer of ex-President Donald Trump, was recently indicted for allegedly collaborating with Trump and other associates to unlawfully overturn the election results in Georgia.
During an interview on WABC radio, Giuliani said that there were aspects that weren’t presented in 2020 due to subsequent research and the accumulation of additional witnesses and compelling “scientific evidence” over the past few years. He said this evidence is said to lend significant credibility to his claims.
“There are things we didn’t present then [in 2020] because over the next couple of years, a lot of people did a lot of work and have been able to produce more witnesses and what I would call scientific evidence that is very persuasive,” said Giuliani.
Giuliani contended that his new “scientific evidence” would substantiate his rationale for alleging election manipulation and pursuing legal action.

This assertion comes after Giuliani had previously made unsubstantiated allegations of ballot tampering, which were unsuccessfully litigated in court. It also comes after Trump’s questionable assurance to publicly present evidence clearing his own name, which was subsequently followed by the cancellation of the intended news conference.
Giuliani is currently facing multiple legal challenges, including lawsuits from Dominion and Smartmatic for disseminating false information about their involvement in manipulating the 2020 vote in favor of President Joe Biden. Furthermore, he is being sued for defamation by two Georgia election workers and And he has been accused by a former employee of coercing her into sex.
All these factors compound Giuliani’s legal predicaments, alongside his reported financial difficulties.
