White House press secretary appeared to claim that Donald Trump did know about Russia’s plan to offer bounties for the killings of U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan after she said that the president is “the most informed person on planet Eart.”
McEnany was asked by reporters about the White House’s claim that Trump did not read his Daily Briefing that included Russia’s plot.
“The President does read,” McEnany claimed. “And he also consumes intelligence verbally.”
“This President, I’ll tell you, is the most informed person on the planet earth when it comes to the threats that we face,” she claimed.
