6 Campaign Staffers Preparing Trump’s Tulsa Rally Have Coronavirus: Report

Donald Trump was warned against having a rally in the middle of a pandemic. But here we are. Now, according to NBC News reporter Geoff Bennett, six advance staffers who have been working to get Trump’s Tulsa rally ready have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the campaign, “quarantine procedures were immediately implemented” and “no COVID-positive staffers or anyone in immediate contact will be at today’s rally.”

Trump has received criticism for moving forward with the rally while also not forcing people to take precautionary measures.
