Prominent pillow salesman and QAnon evangelist Mike Lindell said Tuesday that Democrats are “absolutely caught” over “everything that was done in Arizona,” while claiming “divine intervention” for Donald Trump to announce his 2024 presidential run after his MAGA ally Kari Lake suffered an embarrassing defeat in the Arizona gubernatorial race.
Lindell’s bizarre claim came as he discussed Lake’s loss to Democrat Katie Hobbs with conservative podcast host Steve Bannon, who argued that there was “zero probability” that Lake lost to Hobbs.
“What’s to be done, Mike Lindell?” Bannon wondered.
“There’s a lot to be done. I think it’s just a divine intervention today that the president will do this announcement. And everybody needs to keep the faith. I mean, this is all unfolding,” Lindell said before adding: ”
“We’ve caught them. They are absolutely caught. Everything that was done in Arizona. They are caught.”
The MyPillow CEO then predicted there would be an “unraveling” of election information.
“Finally, everyone will say, ‘You know what? We can’t have machines in our elections,'” he said. “For them to blatantly steal this from Kari Lake, I think is — I’m looking at it — you see a silver lining. But the silver lining is we’re going to have our great president back, our real president and we’re also going to get to a place where we’re going to have elections instead of selections.”
As usual, Lindell didn’t provide any evidence to back his claim of election fraud in Arizona.
