A Norfolk, Virginia man who was arrested on several charges has gone viral after he refused to pose for his mug shot.
Michael Gormley, 54, needed to be compelled during a mug shot session following his arrest Saturday, noted The Smoking Gun. After several failed attempts, cops were forced to hold his head in place until they finally got a “clean” shot (seen above), without covering his face with their hands.
Gormley is accused of several crimes, including assault and battery and making a false report to police.
He’s currently behind bars but is scheduled for a bond hearing soon.
