In a chaotic rally in Arizona, former President Donald Trump attempted to assert his mental sharpness while simultaneously launching a bizarre tirade that only deepened doubts about his cognitive state.
Trump began by launching an attack on the “fake news” media, fixating on the number of cameras at the event. He then veered wildly off-topic, questioning who could handle multiple public appearances each day. “One little mistake, and they’ll jump all over me,” he ranted, seemingly unaware that his own verbal misfires might be the real concern.
In a nearly frantic attempt to showcase his mental fitness, he boasted, “So I speak for hours, mostly without a teleprompter, really, mostly. One mispronunciation of a word — ‘He’s cognitively impaired. He’s getting old, he’s getting old. He mispronounced a word like the name of the gang.’ If I did, I think I got it perfectly, didn’t I?”
However, his disjointed thoughts and incoherent remarks painted a starkly different picture.
He also bizarrely asserted that President Joe Biden was “obviously cognitively repaired,” seemingly confusing “repaired” with “impaired,” further undermining his argument.
Trump’s delusions of grandeur peaked as he exaggerated his crowd size from a recent rally in Coachella, claiming he drew 100,000 attendees, despite official permits capping the event at 15,000.
“Last night, 100,000 people. Flawless. Ranting and raving,” he declared, completely detached from reality.
At one point, Trump ominously claimed we’ve “never been so close to being in World War III,” yet he failed to clarify his comments, leaving the audience in confusion.

🇺🇸 TRUMP: I’M NOT COGNITIVELY IMPAIRED—BIDEN IS
"If I pronounce a word slightly wrong, they'll say, 'he's cognitively impaired.'
I'll let you know when I will be.
Biden was obviously cognitively repaired."

This is not the first instance of Trump’s alarming rhetoric. A recent three-hour speech in Detroit revealed a pattern of disjointed thoughts and erratic claims, including disparaging the very city he was addressing.
Once a vocal critic of Biden’s mental acuity, Trump now faces similar scrutiny as the oldest presidential nominee in history. His attempts to project confidence seem increasingly hollow as his campaign unfolds amidst growing questions about his cognitive stability.
