Sen. Ted Cuz (R-Texas) sparked an avalanche of mockery after retweeting an image that appeared to show CNN anchor Chris Cuomo naked in his backyard while his wife was filming a live yoga session online.
The video was quickly deleted, but not before a screenshot that included Cuomo without clothing standing in his Hamptons backyard was shared and quickly went viral.
Cruz tried to take poke fun at CNN by retweeting the screenshot with the caption “it’s about time” the cable news network “embraced transparency.” It didn’t go well.
