Ted Cruz Blocks Resolution Honoring Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg reportedly had a dying wish, that her replacement not be made until there’s a new president in office. But Republicans refuse to accept it.

“My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed,” Ginsburg dictated in a statement released by her granddaughter, Clara Spera.

On Tuesday, the Senate voted to pass a resolution honoring Ginsburg, but Republican Senator Ted Cruz decided to block it.
