On the eve of the House Select Committee’s public hearings on their probe into the Jan 6 insurrection, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani showed up on Nexmaz to lash out at congressional investigators, calling them “criminals” and claiming they are the ones who should be investigated.
Host Greg Kelly began by pointing out that the disgraced Trump attorney had testified behind closed doors and asked him what he thought would happen during the hearings.
“I think the thing has become a complete political side-show from a group of people who should be investigated for perpetrating the Russian hoax,” Giuliani said.
The former mayor, who is the subject of multiple investigations, called the proceedings “ridiculous” before adding that “the criminals are holding the hearing!”

Giuliani then proceeded to peddle a series of conspiracy theories about the attack on the US Capitol, blaming Antifa for it.
“Mr. Mayor, you will be vindicated,” Kelly replied. “And I look forward to seeing you receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom for all your trouble.”
