Social media users have reported Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) to the FBI after she fired off a tweet saying “we need to terminate this Presidency” in an apparent jab at Joe Biden.

“We need to terminate this Presidency,” she wrote. “End quote. Repeat the line,” she added.

Boebert’s tweet comes 2 days after the assassination of former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe, who was shot by a lone gunman on Friday.

It’s unclear if Boebert was alluding to remarks made by the president last week in which he misspoke while talking about reproductive rights.

“Ten years old and she was forced to travel out of the state to Indiana,” Biden said, “to seek to terminate the presidency [pregnancy] and maybe save her life.”

However, the Colorado Republican did not correctly quote the president, leading many commenters to forward her tweet to the FBI, the Secret Service and the Justice Department for review.
