Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said on Monday that she will soon meet with former President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort to talk about how she can further push his agenda after leaving office.
According to POLITICO, Greene claims that Trump fully supporters her and she will do what she can to continue to pursue the former president’s policies.
“I’m excited to go visit him soon and continue to give him a call and talk to him frequently,” Greene told One America News on Monday. “Great news is, he supports me 100 percent, and I’ve always supported him. President Trump is always here for the people, and he’s not going anywhere. So I look forward to, to joining him and what his future plans may be.”
Greene also claimed that she recently spoke with Trump on the phone, which POLITICO says has yet to be confirmed by the Trump team.
