The Atlanta Police Department is searching for the man accused of opening fire at a Midtown Atlanta building Wednesday, killing one person and injuring four.
Georgia officials tweeted photos of the suspect and urged anyone with information to call 911.
The suspected shooter is believed to be armed and dangerous and police are asking for people to stay inside and not come to the midtown area, where the shooting happened. A SWAT team is on the scene.
“The suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached,” the police department said.
Authorities said they are currently aware of five shooting victims, four of whom have been transported to the hospital for treatment, and a fifth that was pronounced deceased on scene.
Police are still actively searching for the suspect and any other victims.
