In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk said that prominent billionaires, including Reid Hoffman and Bill Gates, are rallying behind Kamala Harris to prevent the potential release of a client list linked to Jeffrey Epstein, should Donald Trump regain the presidency. Musk’s remarks have ignited considerable debate online as the implications of such a revelation loom large.

During the conversation, Musk asserted, “I think part of why Kamala is getting so much support is that if Trump wins, that client list is going to become public. Some of those billionaires behind Kamala are terrified of that outcome.” Carlson quickly followed up, asking if Reid Hoffman, a co-founder of LinkedIn, is among those feeling the pressure. Musk confirmed, stating, “Yes, and Gates too.”

“Reid Hoffman was my Vice President Business Development at PayPal, yeah, 24 years ago,” Musk pointed out with laughter.

Musk elaborated that both billionaires, who are not ideologically aligned with Trump, are particularly concerned about the possibility of the Department of Justice “taking action on the Epstein situation.”

The discussion turned toward the alleged existence of incriminating videos recorded on Epstein’s private properties, with Carlson noting, “Apparently, those rooms on the island… were wired for video.” Musk added, “Between Diddy and Epstein, there’s probably several thousand hours of footage here.”

Carlson pointed out the eerie irony of public figures who criticize others while potentially having their own secrets to hide.

“Well, I mean, part of how they deflect attention from themselves is by criticizing the morals of others,” Musk said. “Yes, so they it’s sort of like a preemptive moral strike. I mean, as I said, I think those who are saying Trump is a threat to democracy are themselves. Actually the threat to democracy.”

As the discussion unfolded, Musk hinted at potential “house cleaning” if Trump were to win.

“What happens next? Now that we know all this?” Carlson asked. “The kidnapper shown us his face. Like, what happens?”

“Well, i think if, if trump wins, we can do some house cleaning and shed light on things,” Musk concluded.

However, Musk’s remarks come at a time when he himself has faced scrutiny over his ties to Epstein. Last year, a subpoena was issued for Musk in relation to Epstein’s human trafficking activities, prompting speculation about his connections to the deceased financier. Although Musk has publicly denied any wrongdoing, the implications of such investigations could tarnish his reputation.

Musk took to Twitter to refute any claims of correspondence with Epstein, stating, “That cretin never advised me on anything whatsoever.” His comments seemed to address ongoing legal disputes involving Epstein and J.P. Morgan, which allege the bank profited from Epstein’s illicit activities.

Musk’s connections to Epstein have become a persistent source of frustration for the billionaire, as critics frequently circulate a photo of him alongside Ghislaine Maxwell, one of Epstein’s most notorious associates.

Critics have seized upon Musk’s comments about Hoffman and Gates, noting the irony in billionaire concerns about Epstein, given Trump’s known associations with the convicted sex offender.

Observers recall a June 2024 interview where Trump hesitated to discuss declassifying files related to Epstein, further fueling speculation about his involvement.

As Musk’s interview continues to generate buzz, the internet is rife with responses, ranging from skepticism to mockery, as the implications of these high-stakes discussions unfold.
