The MAGA movement is turning on itself — and this time, it’s ugly.
Fox News host Mark Levin unloaded on Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) Monday morning, calling her “incredibly dumb” and a “shameless nitwit” after she criticized Donald Trump’s military strike on Iranian nuclear sites over the weekend.
Greene lit the match on Sunday with a tweet downplaying the threat from Iran and blasting U.S. foreign policy. “I don’t know anyone in America who has been the victim of a crime or killed by Iran,” she posted. “But I know many people who have been victims of crime committed by criminal illegal aliens or MURDERED by Cartel and Chinese fentanyl/drugs.”
She didn’t stop there. “Neocon warmongers beat their drums of war and act like Billy badasses going to war in countries most Americans have never seen and can’t find on a map,” she wrote, claiming the U.S. government ignores the cartels and other real threats while chasing wars overseas.
Greene tried to draw a line between loyalty to Trump and blind obedience. “I can also support President Trump… while disagreeing on bombing Iran and getting involved in a hot war that Israel started,” she said. “That’s not disloyalty… Critical thinking and having my own opinions is the most American thing ever.”
But Levin was having none of it.
“Marjorie Taylor Green, shameless nitwit,” Levin fired back on X. “How incredibly dumb is this Marjorie Taylor Green? She doesn’t know anyone in America who has been a victim of crime or killed by Iran? You mean the thousands of Americans, especially military personnel, killed and maimed by the Iranian terrorist regime?”
In another post minutes earlier, Levin accused Greene of siding with America’s enemies. “If the radical Democrats and their Isolationist fake MAGA reprobates had their way, Iran would have nuclear weapons,” he said. “This is the new gravely dangerous coalition of Marxists-Islamists-isolationists-grifters.”
He wasn’t done naming names. Levin lumped Greene in with Bernie Sanders, AOC, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie, Steve Bannon, and Tucker Carlson (“Qatarlson”), claiming they all give “aid and comfort to a regime that has murdered directly and indirectly thousands of Americans.”
“Never forget,” he warned. “They will forever be opposed and challenged by we, the people — America First loving patriots.”
The clash highlights a growing divide in MAGA: the Trump loyalists who back military action against Iran, and the populist-nationalists who say America should stay out of foreign wars. Now, the knives are out — and the civil war is on.
