An Indiana man is facing criminal charges after his young child was seen playing with a loaded gun on a live TV program Saturday night, Police in Beech Grove said.
According to local NBC station WTHR, authorities arrested said 45-year-old Shane Osborne after surveillance video caught his child, a toddler, playing with a loaded 9mm pistol.
The disturbing footage shows the child pointing the gun and pulling the trigger. The video was aired Saturday night on REELZ’s “On Patrol: Live” program.
Authorities said the child was not harmed and that the pistol was recovered.
