Steve Bannon on Thursday had a meltdown as he was led in handcuffs to jail after he was indicted on conspiracy and money laundering charges.
The former Donald Trump adviser and MAGA evangelist started yelling as police officers escorted him down a hallway lined with journalists minutes before being arraigned.
“This is what happens in the last days of a dying regime!” he shouted. “They will never shut me up. They will have to kill me first!” he exclaimed.
“I have not yet begun to fight!” he added.
Bannon, who surrendered to authorities earlier in the day, has long sought to portray himself as a victim of a prosecutorial system weaponized against Trump and his ideology.
