Donald Trump sparked rage on Saturday when he decided to take time off during a pandemic in order to get a few rounds of golf in at his Virginia golf club.

According to Bloomberg, “Trump arrived at the Trump National Golf Club in suburban Virginia around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. He was spotted earlier wearing a white polo shirt and signature white ‘Make America Great Again’ cap. The White House doesn’t always confirm Trump’s activities while at his golf courses.”

Over 20,000 people are contracting COVID-19 every day in the United States. If that isn’t bad enough, over a thousand people are dying in the U.S. from the virus on a daily basis. But Trump and Republicans decided that the virus has magically gone away and it’s okay for the country to reopen back up.

Trump’s actions today proves that he doesn’t care. But we’re not the only ones who feel this way. Twitter users were also outraged after learning that Trump took a day off to go golfing while the U.S. reaches nearly 100,000 deaths due to COVID-19.
