Donald Trump lawyer Alina Habba is being mocked online after she ran to Fox News on Friday to complain about how a “Clinton judge” thoroughly dismantled former President Donald Trump’s conspiracy lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and others over what he claimed was a “malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information” regarding his 2016 campaign’s links to Russia.
U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks on Friday dismissed Trump’s lawsuit, writing that his court “is not the appropriate forum” for Trump to “flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto.”
The judge agreed with the defendants’ characterization of Trump’s lawsuit as “a series of disconnected political disputes that Plaintiff has alchemized into a sweeping conspiracy among the many individuals Plaintiff believes to have aggrieved him.”
In his 65-page ruling, the judge also said Trump’s lawyers could face consequences for the claims and legal contentions they made in the suit.
“What is the proper place for him? Because the FBI won’t help,” Habba told Fox News host Sean Hannity after the ruling, adding that she might appeal the decision, and also that Trump had told her that the case would ultimately not be a winner and she should just drop it.
“I said no. We have to fight. It’s not right what happened. And you know, he was right. It’s a sad day for me personally because I fought him on it and should have listened, but I don’t want to lose hope in our system, I don’t,” she said almost tearing up.
“When you have a Clinton judge who I had asked to recuse himself but insisted that he didn’t need to, that he was going to be impartial. And then he proceeds to write a 65-page scathing order,” Habbas complained.

She is going to get disbarred for lying to the DOJ and Court though she may not care as being a Trump grifter is more lucrative and an easier gig than being a real lawyer

So I gather the audience just has to take her word that the "etcetera, etcetera, etcetera" was really compelling evidence that the judge ignored?

Continuing the same conspiratorial based Trump is being persecuted. To defend Trump at this point you can't help but lie. She didn't give any of the judges reasoning she just cried persecution. There was no hoax.
Trump is simply the most corrupt man ever to be president.

One of the things the judge noted was that Habba never acknowledged in her suit that Sussman was acquitted.

Maybe she just should accept that she’s a bad lawyer, because it’s very clear she is.

She really needs to be disciplined by the bar. She is an embarrassment to the profession.
