‘You Are a Spineless Coward’: Mike Pence Reappears Only To Be Torched For Attacking Biden’s Speech On MAGA Threat

Mike Pence is facing a furious backlash for attacking President Joe Biden over a primetime speech he delivered more than a week ago in which he warned that Donald Trump’s MAGA ideology poses a threat to U.S. democracy.

Pence, who is clearly positioning himself for a presidential run, went after the President’s remarks in which he urged Americans to “defend” and “protect” democracy from the clear and present danger embodied by MAGA Republicans.

During his remarks, Biden was clear that not all Republicans are aligned with the MAGA ideology.

“Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal,” the president said. “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic,” the President added, stressing, “Now, I want to be very clear — (applause) — very clear up front: Not every Republican, not even the majority of Republicans, are MAGA Republicans. Not every Republican embraces their extreme ideology. I know because I’ve been able to work with these mainstream Republicans.”

Somehow, Pence thought it was a good idea to attack Biden eight days after President Biden’s speech, tweeting:

“Did you see that speech last week? President Biden held a partisan campaign rally at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, flanked by uniformed United States Marines, and revealed what’s truly at stake in the next election.”

“The President made it clear that he views pro-life Americans as enemies of democracy,” Pence claimed falsely. “In fact, he said that anyone who refuses to bend the knee to his extremist left-wing ideology represents ‘an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic.’”

Of course, Pence was lying and Twitter users were more than eager to call out his lies.
