CNN correspondent Kaitlan Collins reported on Wednesday that White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters that Donald Trump would be signing an executive order on social media.
According to Collins, “On the flight back to Washington, press secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters President Trump is going to sign some kind of executive order on social media. No further details appear to have been offered, but it comes after he lashed out over fact checks on his tweets.”

Twitter decided to add a warning label on a couple of tweets from Trump after he lied about mail-in voting while attempting to spread a conspiracy theory that isn’t true.
Trump also threatened to “close down” social media after he was fact-checked.
No further details have been provided on what Trump plans to include in that executive order.
