Marjorie Taylor Greene’s town hall in Cobb County, Georgia, turned into a scene of chaos on Tuesday night as multiple protesters were dragged out by police — and one man was tased in front of a stunned crowd.

The drama started right as Greene took the stage. Within seconds, a man stood up and shouted, triggering a fast reaction from at least five officers who swarmed him and forced him out.

“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my town hall,” Greene said, applauding the officers. “This is a town hall, this is not a political rally, this is not a protest. If you stand up and want to protest, if you want to shout and chant we will have you removed just like that man was thrown out.”
She added, “We will not tolerate it!”

But that was just the beginning.

Moments later, Greene ramped things up by blaming Democrats for political violence. “They are the party of violence,” she declared, before pointing at another protester and shouting, “Go!” Police quickly followed her command and removed the second person.

A third protester didn’t go quietly. He clashed with officers on the way out, leading to a scuffle that ended with him being tased — all while cameras rolled and the crowd looked on.

Tensions kept rising. A woman, one of at least six protesters removed during the night, shouted, “What about the KKK?” after Greene made harsh comments about migrants. She was also thrown out.

Greene brushed off the chaos with sarcasm: “The protest is outside, thank you very much,” she said. “Bye! Have fun out there!” The remaining crowd stood and cheered.

Earlier in the day, Greene had promised that any protesters at her town hall would be “thrown out.” She made good on that threat.
