Donald Trump’s former personal assistant, Rhona Graff, has agreed to testify in the upcoming New York hush money trial, joining other key figures from the ex-President’s inner circle.
Alongside Graff, Madeleine Westerhout, Trump’s former director of Oval Office operations, and Trump’s former communications director Hope Hicks, are also slated to appear as a witnesses.
Additionally, prosecutors plan to call Deborah Tarasoff, a former staffer in the Trump Organization’s accounting department, and Jeffrey McConney, a former Trump Organization controller, to testify in the trial.
Notably, Michael Cohen, Trump’s former “fixer” who served jail time for illegal hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, is also expected to testify, despite concerns about his credibility due to past perjury and personal animosity towards Trump.
Prosecutors, mindful of these concerns, are diversifying their witness pool by including trusted individuals from Trump’s inner circle alongside Cohen, ABC News reports. However, the official witness list has not been made public, and decisions may still change before the trial’s start on April 15th.
