At around 3 am ET, he posted, “I am being “railroaded” by a highly partisan and corrupt system of INJUSTICE, headed up by an opponent who is losing in the polls and, simultaneously with all of this, destroying our once Great Country!”

This outburst came hors after the judge’s ruling that his trial, along with all related court proceedings, would be broadcast live to the world.

This marks the first time a judge has allowed cameras in any of the former president’s four criminal cases.

Earlier, Trump entered a plea of not guilty to all charges in the case and opted out of an arraignment scheduled for September 6th in Fulton County. His legal team also sought to separate his case from any co-defendants who chose a speedy trial.

While some of Trump’s 18 co-defendants have also waived their in-person arraignments, the rest are still expected to appear in person for the televised hearing next week.
