Trump Just Claimed His Team Is Starting To Develop A Strategy To Fight COVID-19 – 6 Months After First Case

It took over six months since the first person was infected with coronavirus in the United States for Donald Trump to announce that his team is starting to work on a strategy to fight it.

The coronavirus task force briefings started again on Tuesday, but it only included Trump himself. During the briefing, Trump said the following:

“We are in the process of developing a strategy that’s going to be very, very powerful.”

As one Twitter user noted, “we’re literally reliving March all over again except it’s fucking hotter out and more people are infected.”
