Donald Trump lashed out at Fox News on Thursday after the network aired a poll showing more Americans disapprove of his handling of immigration than support it.

The poll, conducted by Fox News itself, showed that 53% of people disapprove of how Trump is dealing with immigration. Just 46% approve. On border security, the numbers were flipped—53% approve, 46% disapprove. But it didn’t stop there.

Trump scored even worse on the economy, with 58% disapproving and only 40% approving. Inflation was a bigger blow: 64% said they disapprove of how he’s handling it, while just 34% approve. Foreign policy? Just 42% approval.

That didn’t sit well with the president.

“The Crooked FoxNews Polls got the Election WRONG, I won by much more than they said I would, and have been biased against me for years,” Trump fumed in a post on Truth Social early Thursday. “They are always wrong and negative.”

He also took aim at Fox’s pollsters, calling them “discredited” and “one of the Worst,” but said the network “will never change their discredited pollster.” Still, he had praise for some of the on-air talent: “even though their anchors are GREAT.”

Trump claimed his supporters are tuning out of Fox because of its polling.

This isn’t the first time Trump has gone after Fox News. Despite regularly appearing on the network and giving interviews to its reporters, he’s repeatedly slammed the outlet and its owner Rupert Murdoch for what he sees as unfair coverage. That includes Murdoch’s other media properties, like The Wall Street Journal and the New York Post.

Trump may have hired several ex-Fox hosts during his time in office, but that hasn’t stopped him from turning on the network when he doesn’t like what it airs.
