Donald Trump’s personal attorney and Senior Legal Adviser to the Trump campaign, Jenna Ellis, lashed out at a panel of judges on Friday after a unanimous 3-0 ruling against the campaign in a Pennsylvania election case.
Ellis claimed that she and Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani have decided that all three judges, all of which were appointed by Republican presidents – including one who was appointed by Trump himself – are all part of the “activist judicial machinery” in Pennsylvania.
She is also vowing to take the case – which the judges say has “no merit,” to the Supreme Court.
.@RudyGiuliani and me on Third Circuit’s opinion:
The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud.
We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature.
On to SCOTUS!

Ellis was quickly trolled on Twitter:
If you supposedly have evidence of massive fraud, why did Giuliani tell the court “This is not a fraud case?” pic.twitter.com/YtkieyIDfi

Problem is, they flat out said you presented no proof or even evidence
"Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations & then proof. We have neither here," Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote in the 3-0 verdict
