Donald Trump left Friday’s White House press briefing abruptly as CBS News White House correspondent Weijia Jiang asked him if he was a “sore loser” for failing to accept the reality that Joe Biden won the presidential election.
Before Trump exited, Jiang asked if the president was “being a sore loser” since President-elect Joe Biden was declared the winner. “Mr. President, are you being a sore loser?” Jiang shouted before adding, “Are you being a sore loser?”
Trump continues to push the false conspiracy theory that the election was stolen from him and that millions of ballots shouldn’t have counted. He has yet to win a significant legal battle.
Take a look at the video clip below:
Here was what the White House Briefing Room sounded like as President Trump and other administration officials left without taking questions.
Among them, you can hear @Weijia Jiang (I think) channel Jim @Acosta by shouting at Trump, wondering whether he's "being a sore loser" pic.twitter.com/fWKPs41ivo
