New York authorities on Monday afternoon released surveillance footage of a 29-year-old Bronx man fatally shot Sunday afternoon while walking hand-in-hand with his 6-year-old daughter.
According to Police, Anthony Robinson and his daughter were crossing the intersection at Sheridan Avenue and East 170th Street shortly before 6 p.m. when a car passes by and a gunman opens fire out the front passenger window.
As her dad falls to the ground, the girl runs for cover.
Robinson was pronounced dead at BronxCare Health System. His daughter was not injured, police said.
An arrest has not been made, and the investigation remains ongoing. Police are asking the public to help identify the assailant.
