Joe Biden is the president of the United States of America. That is an undeniable fact. But some Republicans can’t seem to accept reality.
According to the TCPalm, a string of Republican Party websites based in Florida still show Donald Trump as being the current president.
The report reveals that at least 10 websites are not acknowledging Biden’s presidency.
While some party officials are denying what’s on the sites, others like Jay Kramer, chair of the Indian River County Republican Party, openly admit that showing Trump as the current president is intentional.
“Trump hasn’t conceded, and it’s our opinion the election was stolen,” said Kramer, who is the former mayor of Vero Beach. “It’s important to make a statement and to make sure the statement stays relevant for the next 3½ years.”
According to TCPalm, Kramer traveled to D.C. on Jan. 6 for the “Stop the Steal” rally, which later devolved into an attack on the U.S. Capitol.
