Donald Trump sparked the ire of the internet on Saturday morning after he warned protesters to stay away from the White House with a threat of “the most vicious dogs, and most ominous weapons” he’s ever seen.
Trump’s threatening tweets were greeted with disbelief and anger on Twitter, with one commenter noting: “You love this violence.”
The president wrote that secret service agent “let the “protesters” scream & rant as much as they wanted, but whenever someone got too frisky or out of line, they would quickly come down on them, hard – didn’t know what hit them. The front line was replaced with fresh agents, like magic. Big crowd, professionally organized, but nobody came close to breaching the fence.”
He then added, in part: “If they would have been greeted with the most vicious dogs, and most ominous weapons, I have ever seen. That’s when people would have been really badly hurt, at least. Many Secret Service agents just waiting for action.”
Trump’s last comments set off an avalanche of negative responses:
….have been greeted with the most vicious dogs, and most ominous weapons, I have ever seen. That’s when people would have been really badly hurt, at least. Many Secret Service agents just waiting for action. “We put the young ones on the front line, sir, they love it, and….

Trump is a sadist who fantasizes about violence, while he's always been a physically frail man who needs both hands to drink from a water bottle and can't close an umbrella.
His weakness makes him fantasize about strength. pic.twitter.com/m9o11PUkxq

Threatening the American people with vicious dogs and “most ominous weapons” are the words of a brutal dictator like Kim Jong Un or Joseph Stalin and not supposed to be from the President of the United States. You’re the leader of the free world. Why are you acting like a coward?

Unbelievable. Never thought a POTUS would ever spray agression like this. And then to realize the American people will prob re-elect him because the GOP is to scarred to get another candidate and Biden will never be able to scream as loud as Trump and screaming rules nowadays.

It's a core tenet of your job to represent and protect those USA citizens and residents, not endorse maiming and killing them.
