Newly released documents from the House Oversight Committee show that Jeffrey Epstein wasn’t just hobnobbing with billionaires and royals—he was also meeting with some of the most high-profile figures in the MAGA orbit.

According to four documents made public this morning by House Oversight Democrats, Epstein’s daily calendar included sit-downs with key Trump allies Peter Thiel and Steve Bannon. Elon Musk, too, is listed as scheduled to visit Epstein’s private island.

These revelations are part of a broader push by Democrats to crack open the full contents of Epstein’s files—an effort that, despite bipartisan support, is being stonewalled by Republican leadership and the Biden White House.

The documents are damning in their simplicity.

Nov. 27, 2017: Epstein had a lunch scheduled with venture capitalist Peter Thiel, a major donor to Donald Trump and co-founder of PayPal. Feb. 16, 2019: A breakfast meeting was planned with Steve Bannon, Trump’s former White House Chief Strategist. Dec. 6, 2014: Elon Musk was scheduled to visit Epstein’s island—a detail that may raise eyebrows given Musk’s repeated denials of any close relationship with Epstein.

The fourth document is a passenger manifest showing Prince Andrew flew to Epstein’s island on May 12, 2000.

While the documents released so far have some redactions, Democrats say that’s to protect survivors of Epstein’s abuse. What remains visible is already explosive.

“It should be clear to every American that Jeffrey Epstein was friends with some of the most powerful and wealthiest men in the world. Every new document produced provides new information as we work to bring justice for the survivors and victims. Oversight Democrats will not stop until we identify everyone complicit in Epstein’s heinous crimes. It’s past time for Attorney General Bondi to release all the files now,” said Oversight Spokesperson Sara Guerrero in a statement.

The political backdrop is growing more tense by the day. Republicans on Capitol Hill are reportedly scrambling to stop a full vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act—a bipartisan resolution that would force the public release of all documents related to Epstein’s criminal enterprise.

With Democrat Adelita Grijalva’s recent special election win in Arizona, the measure is now poised to hit the 218-signature threshold required for a vote. But Speaker Mike Johnson has already tabled it once, and both Republican and White House insiders are reportedly trying to keep it from ever reaching the floor.

According to multiple sources, GOP leadership is pressuring Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, and Nancy Mace—all co-signers—to pull their support before the petition reaches critical mass.

Meanwhile, Project Veritas dropped a grenade this week: a video of federal prosecutor Glenn Prager, who worked on Epstein-related investigations, claiming that Trump is actively blocking the release of the files to “protect a lot of people.”

Prager makes clear in the video that he found no evidence Trump himself abused the victims he interviewed, but he’s unequivocal about who’s holding up the process.

“[Trump is] purposefully blocking the release of the Epstein files to protect a lot of people.”

The Justice Department immediately distanced itself from the clip, saying Prager hasn’t been with the DOJ in over 15 years and has “no access” to the current Epstein probe. A DOJ spokesperson dismissed the video outright, calling it “clickbait.”

Still, the momentum is building. The documents released today tie Epstein directly to key MAGA figures—people who have spent years trying to distance themselves from the disgraced financier. With the bipartisan resolution gaining ground, and the public demanding answers, the clock is ticking on how long Washington can keep the rest of Epstein’s secrets under wraps.
