People are slamming the Republican National Committee (RNC) for celebrating Presidents Day with an attack on President Joe Biden.
Using the official GOP Twitter handle, The RNC tweeted a collage of images congratulating past “great” presidents, including Richard Nixon and Donald Trump. The image also included a masked photo of Biden with the words “NOT YOU” in red capital letters.
In another tweet, the GOP ramped up their attacks on Biden, pointing to inflation, border policies, immigration and what it called his “failed agenda.”
The attacks come as Biden’s approval rating has seen a decline in recent weeks as a result of inflation and fatigue over the coronavirus pandemic.
As expected, Twitter users had a lot to say about the GOP calling Nixon and Trump “great” presidents.
