Donald Trump, Jr. is facing harsh criticism after posting an edited video showing his father knocking down President Joe Biden with a golf ball.
The clip begins with former President Trump on a golf course hitting a ball before cutting to footage of Biden from Friday when he stumbled twice on the stairs while boarding Air Force One for a trip to Atlanta to mourn those killed in the Asian massage parlor shoots and celebrate 100 million vaccination shots.
After Biden’s stumble, White House communications director Kate Bedingfield and deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre both said the president was OK, waving off any concerns. Still, the video was widely circulated on the right.
Trump, Jr. was slammed for promoting violence against the current president.
