An Arizona man was arrested Wednesday four days after being captured on dash camera footage pointing a gun in the face of another driver outside Phoenix.
The victim, Fransisco Garcia, told Fox News 10 that the road rage incident happened around 5 p.m. on May 7.
He said it started when a car began drifting into his lane. In response, Garcia sped up and went into the lane that he thought the suspect of the road rage incident was leaving. Instead, the suspect got upset and followed Garcia.
Moments later, Then dash camera captured the suspect, Bryan Duran, pointing the firearm at Garcia’s face through the glass and yelling: “F***ing stop that s*** m*****f*****, f***ing stop that s***.”
Duran is then seen shifting the gun to his less dominant hand before punching the glass several times.
Duran is now facing an aggravated assault charge in connection with the incident.
The incident happened around 5 p.m. on May 7 in the area of McDowell Road and Avondale Boulevard.
