An Amazon delivery driver has been fired after shocking footage showed her defecating and urinating outside two homes in Los Angeles on Mother’s Day.
“I was really disgusted, it was a horrible experience. My husband, unfortunately, had to pick it [up] on Mother’s Day,” said Tamara Bedoy, who lives in Woodland Hills.
Bedoy was expecting a Mother’s Day gift, but what she got instead was a nightmare. Around 5:30 a.m., security footage captured a woman in an Amazon vest dropping off a package at Bedoy’s doorstep — then pulling up her pants and walking away, leaving behind a pile of human waste.
“When I woke up, my husband said he was going to bring me some coffee and a pastry,” Bedoy told KTLA. “He went downstairs and was greeted by not only one package but a second inappropriate, disgusting package.”
In another video Bedoy shared, a used paper towel was seen lying on the ground outside the home.
“You can see the mess that she left,” Bedoy added, shaking her head.
Less than 40 minutes later, the same woman appeared on another security camera just down the street at the home of Parker and Jack Provencher. She dropped off a package, snapped a photo for delivery confirmation — then pulled down her pants and urinated on their brick walkway. This time, her face was clearly visible.
Amazon confirmed the woman was an independent contractor and said she was fired as soon as they confirmed what happened.
“We’re deeply disturbed by the unacceptable behavior of this delivery driver and apologize to the customers involved,” the company told KTLA. “We immediately identified the driver, and they are no longer delivering on behalf of Amazon.”
