‘You’re Going To Be Disbarred’: Internet Mocks Trump Lawyer After She Cries Foul Over Judge’s ‘Scathing’ Ruling

Donald Trump lawyer Alina Habba is being mocked online after she ran to Fox News on Friday to complain about how a “Clinton judge” thoroughly dismantled former President Donald Trump’s conspiracy lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and others over what he claimed was a “malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information” regarding his 2016 campaign’s links to Russia.

U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks on Friday dismissed Trump’s lawsuit, writing that his court “is not the appropriate forum” for Trump to “flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto.”

The judge agreed with the defendants’ characterization of Trump’s lawsuit as “a series of disconnected political disputes that Plaintiff has alchemized into a sweeping conspiracy among the many individuals Plaintiff believes to have aggrieved him.”

In his 65-page ruling, the judge also said Trump’s lawyers could face consequences for the claims and legal contentions they made in the suit.

“What is the proper place for him? Because the FBI won’t help,” Habba told Fox News host Sean Hannity after the ruling, adding that she might appeal the decision, and also that Trump had told her that the case would ultimately not be a winner and she should just drop it.

“I said no. We have to fight. It’s not right what happened. And you know, he was right. It’s a sad day for me personally because I fought him on it and should have listened, but I don’t want to lose hope in our system, I don’t,” she said almost tearing up.

“When you have a Clinton judge who I had asked to recuse himself but insisted that he didn’t need to, that he was going to be impartial. And then he proceeds to write a 65-page scathing order,” Habbas complained.
