Trump Says Pandemic ‘Is Worse Than Pearl Harbor… It Should Have Never Happened,’ Refuses To Take Responsibility

Donald Trump is now claiming that the coronavirus pandemic “should have never happened.” Yet, when he was initially warned about the outbreak, he took it lightly and did not act fast enough.

“This is worse than Pearl Harbor. This is worse than the World Trade Center,” Trump claimed on Wednesday while speaking to reporters at the Oval Office. “And it should have never happened.”

We agree, this catastrophic event should have never happened. But Trump had the chance to prevent it from being as bad as it is now.

He initially took the threat lightly. He brushed it off as the “common flu” and promised that it would go away very soon.

The United States has the most cases reported and most deaths. Yet, Trump refuses to take responsibility for any of it.
