President Donald Trump on Saturday lashed out at U.S. Attorney General William Barr, saying that he will “do nothing” about “spying” and “treason” committed against him, while claiming that the Biden administration will “kill” any hope of investigation because Barr “took too long” to go after Hunter Biden.
“If Biden gets in, nothing will happen to Hunter or Joe,” Trump wrote on Twitter before adding that “[William] Barr will do nothing, and the new group of partisan killers coming in will quickly kill it all.”
“Same thing with Durham. We caught them cold, spying, treason & more (the hard part), but “Justice” took too long. Will be DOA!” the angry president concluded.
Trump’s attacks on the Justice Department come hours after the Supreme Court slapped down a Texas lawsuit promoted by Trump to upend the election results three days before the Electoral College will meet to cast votes for Biden as the winner of the November election.
