In a remarkable display of self-aggrandizement, former President Trump proclaimed himself “the most stable human being” during a recent Fox News interview, pushing back against Vice President Kamala Harris’s criticisms that he is “unstable” and “unhinged.”
During his appearance on “Fox & Friends,” Trump dismissed Harris as “a low IQ person” and responded to her remarks with a resounding claim of unparalleled stability, reminiscent of his earlier self-labeling as a “very stable genius.”
“I am the most stable human being,” Trump stated, emphasizing his long history in politics.
One has to wonder, however, what metric Trump is using to gauge stability. After all, this is the same person who, in recent town hall events, has left audiences perplexed by abruptly ceasing to take questions following two medical emergencies—opting instead to let his staff play his favorite tunes for 30 minutes.
Critics, including Harris, have amplified their concerns, with the Vice President declaring, “Donald Trump is increasingly unstable” and suggesting he remains unfit for the presidency.
Harris’s campaign has intensified its focus on Trump’s behavior, citing alarming remarks he made on Fox Business Network, where he indicated that any unrest from his critics after the election could require a military response.
While Trump insists on his stability, the evidence—both from his own words and the reactions of those around him—suggests a different narrative, one that leans heavily into absurdity. His assertions appear more like a desperate attempt to reshape a narrative that seems increasingly out of touch with reality.
