Former President Donald Trump has announced the launch of “Trump Coins,” which will feature his face and be sold for $100 each.
In a video shared on Truth Social, Trump described the coins as a “beautiful, limited-edition coin” that represents “our movement, our fight for freedom, prosperity, and putting America first.”
“Good morning everyone—I have something incredible to share today,” he said. “We are introducing the launch of our Official Trump Coins! The ONLY OFFICIAL coin designed by me—and proudly minted here in the U.S.A. The President Donald J. Trump First Edition Silver Medallion will be available starting Wednesday, 9/25/24, EXCLUSIVELY at realtrumpcoins.com/. Sign up today! @realtrumpcoins”
According to the website, each coin is a “1oz .999% silver medallion” featuring the White House on the reverse side. This isn’t the first time Trump has marketed unique merchandise.
