Donald Trump had a busy Saturday morning on Truth Social. He started by claiming his poll numbers were surging, saying, “HIGHEST POLL NUMBERS EVER. I GUESS WE ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK!!! THANK YOU,” and teasing a big crowd at CPAC later that day with, “SEE YOU AT CPAC TODAY. BIG CROWD!!!”
Trump quickly shifted to Elon Musk, praising the billionaire for his work but pushing him to step up his efforts. “ELON IS DOING A GREAT JOB, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HIM GET MORE AGGRESSIVE. REMEMBER, WE HAVE A COUNTRY TO SAVE, BUT ULTIMATELY, TO MAKE GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE. MAGA!” he wrote.
Then, he went after MSNBC, calling it a threat to democracy: “MSNBC, COMMONLY KNOWN AS MSDNC, IS A THREAT TO OUR DEMOCRACY. SUCH LYING AND MISREPRESENTATION. BAD PEOPLE AT THE TOP!”
In a final post, Trump declared, “OUR SOUTHERN BORDER IS CLOSED!!!”
