In a stunning revelation, former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman alleged during a CNN interview that Donald Trump personally dictated what doctors wrote about his medical history.

“Let’s recall that Donald Trump dictated the letters regarding his medical history. Doctors weren’t free to write what they wanted,” Newman asserted in a segment aired on Mediaite.

Newman, who has been vocal about her experiences with the former president, endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for the upcoming 2024 election. She claimed that Trump’s control over his medical narratives extended from his original doctor in 2015 through to his medical advisor, Ronny Jackson, and subsequent physicians.

“Donald Trump dictated if for every single doctor from his original doctor in 2015 to [medical advisor] Ronny Jackson to the doctors that came on after that. The one thing about Donald Trump is that you will never see the truth about his weight, about his health,” she told Laura Coates.

In the same interview, she recounted instances of Trump’s forgetfulness during his presidency, noting his struggles to recall key policies and even the names of Cabinet members.

She urged journalists to probe deeper into Trump’s health, particularly regarding his heart condition.

“I think they should ask about his health in terms of his heart. They should ask has Donald Trump ever had any issues with, for instance, has he ever had a stint,” Newman suggested. “I think a journalist should ask that and see if they’ll answer the true question … but the truth is that they’ve been covering things up, and they have not been forthright with this country and the nation needs to know what his true health status is.”

Newman’s comments raise new questions about transparency in Trump’s health disclosures, spotlighting ongoing concerns among voters as the 2024 election approaches.
