President Donald Trump has declared that the pardons granted by President Joe Biden are “VOID”, claiming that Biden used an autopen to sign them, rather than his actual signature.

Trump made the claim in a post on social media, stating, “The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!”

Trump argued that the necessary documents for the pardons were not properly explained to Biden, suggesting that the president didn’t approve them and didn’t know about them. He also suggested that those involved in issuing the pardons may have committed a crime.

Trump continued, “The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”

Though Trump’s claim about the pardons remains unverified, he went on to suggest that Biden wasn’t aware of them and issued a threat to members of the House select committee that investigated the January 6th, 2021, Capitol attack. Trump said the committee members could face high-level investigations.

“Those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two-year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” Trump wrote.

Trump also shared a meme mocking Biden, replacing the president’s official portrait with an image of an autopen to emphasize his claim.
